For those items that have quality problems, we agree to have them returned for repair.

What is your delivery time for production?
Normally speaking, it requires 35 days for mass production, except during observed public holidays.

Can you send samples for testing before placing orders? Are they available at any time?
Samples are available for your quality checks. It takes about 3-5 days to send samples, whether they are in stock or out of stock.

Can we use our own designed color box?
The default package is a standard brown box with simple word printing. We can also use your custom-designed color box. You will need to advise us of your packaging requirements in advance for an accurate quote.

What is your payment method?
We prefer T/T, with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid off before shipment.
